How close is this to a real price?
It’s an estimate, not a quote. The volumes are yours; the assumptions behind them are ours. We price per workflow rather than per seat, so the real figure comes from a demo run against your own case mix.
Why fully-loaded cost and not charge-out rate?
Because this is work you pay for whether or not it is recoverable. Charge-out is three to four times higher and would flatter every number on the page.
What does the measured badge mean?
That the figure comes from a named deployment rather than a cautious default. Steps without it are modelled estimates. Change them freely.
